Apartment Słoneczny is a classic, spacious, and well-lit one-bedroom apartment with an area of 47 m², located on the ground floor of the building. Large windows and a practical layout make the interior bright and pleasant for everyday relaxation. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 5 guests.

The apartment includes a very large living room with access to a balcony combined with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Both the living room and the balcony offer views of the mountains and the surrounding area, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. In the living room there are two single beds and a fold-out armchair suitable for one person, as well as a dining table with chairs, a coffee table, and a TV. The kitchenette allows for convenient meal preparation.

The apartment is fully equipped, ensuring functionality and comfort for both short and extended stays.

An assigned outdoor parking space is available for guests. Skis and bicycles can be stored in a dedicated storage room.
